In Mexico we have tunas. Green are the common ones and red are a bit rare, but in Peru they have a huge selection to choose from. One thing I never hesitate to do is eat, anything, anywhere, and after all these years I've found that street food is, if not the best in taste (it usually is), the best experience always. This time was the time for tunas in the sidewalk straight from a wheelbarrow. Glorious wheelbarrow full of tasty, delicious fruit.
