We are lucky enough to have a wildlife sanctuary just for raptors on Vancouver Island where we live. They had brought a few birds down to the city so kids could learn about them. I took my kids and the camera. thought this was a cool shot as he fluffed up and shook. He was a car accident victim, and now a teacher to raise awareness about raptors like him.
