    Spring time, snakes are out and hungry, found this Garter snake attacking and starting to devour a Toad. Taken with a Canon 50D/ and 200-400 Tamron lens. Garter snakes are not toxic to humans , but do carry a toxin to help kill its prey. if bitten, you should still seek a Doctor to prevent infections.
