    Reported by:

In the magical forests of Bandhavgarh National Park, we encounted a rare herd of gaur also known as the Indian bison. This group of huge beasts were reintroduced here from Kanha, a neighbouring National Park, in order to boost this endangered animal's population. We stopped and watched these mighty bison for 30 minutes or so as they grazed in a forest clearing.
