Some 40 percent of all food purchased in the U.S. each year goes uneaten, wasting money, water and energy to the tune of $162 billion. I took this photo of a gorgeous looking strawberry during production of a short film I made for the newly launched "Save The Food" campaign. Strawberries represent for me a food that is so tempting because of it's innate beauty, but often ends up going mouldy in the back of a fridge. Hopefully this will make people be more conscious consumers.
