    Women in Indian village contribute equally in post harvesting process which mostly involves human power and mechanical tools to lesser extent. Pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) is grown and harvested and commonly used as pulse food. The process still involves human labor and traditional expertise as seen in this picture.
