While we were out exploring some of the rice fields in Vang Vieng, Laos, we caught this site. We were watching this family cross the field and then noticed the hot air balloon going up. Then the vast differences in this one picture stuck us. The family in the their home town in which they probably haven't left in hundreds of years is now watching it transform in front of their eyes with tourists attractions like this going on daily. The boy stopped from his chores to watch the balloon go up.
