Edit Photo Details Effect of El Nino on Wildlife   #animals #drought #yourshot #wild_animals #southern_california #yourshotmeetup
U.S.A-California- Santa Monica Mountains- The dry grass in this rain runoff is a sign that El Nino did not bring enough rain to Southern California. The rain that has flooded the upper states and northern California never came to the Southern California.. Water conservation measures have been put into place. The government implemented mandatory water rationing. This water rationing has resulted in fire prevention sprinklers being turned on less frequently .
