I would have much preferred an image of this magnificent creature sitting on a log, but the reality is that our swamps have trash in them. It's not everywhere I am happy to say, but there is enough to be disturbing. This hunk of styrofoam isn't going anywhere soon, but least it is being put to good use, demonstrating the resilience of the natural world to our carelessness.
