A lonely alligator "patrols" the main entry to the river of grass at Holiday Park in Everglades National Park. Colorful sunsets are a daily occurrence at the park during the summer. As the afternoon rains taper off, the trailing clouds and setting sun are like paint on a blank canvas. On this day, the palate was spectacular.
