A friend and I went to Oaxaca we got in to her house looking for hand crafts to buy, my fried wanted to see her kitchen after looking at the crafts. She was very shy and her skin was chapped, we asked if we could see her house and with a sweet smile she accepted to show us around. As we walked out the kitchen she stood with that look, with those vibrant eyes full of hope that could tell hundreds of stories of us, stories of our ancestors, stories that are lost and need to be found by us.
