    I have several French Lavender plants just outside my front door. I don't remember seeing these last year. I've never seen such a colourful bug before. I didn't even know what it was so had to revert to the nature reference books. Its a beauty. A little breezy for a macro lens so the photos are not on a tripod but hand-held I'm delighted with the results.
