    Reported by:

War torn Syria remains a battleground for power over resources - a nation ripped apart over gas pipelines, petty politics and control of land and water resources. Man fuels a neurotic mind, given to power addiction and resource stupidity. Millions of Syrians have become refugees while nations play their pathetic power games. The teaachers we met in Syria in 2009 were humble, hospitable but lived in fear of their leaders, the USA and greedy corporations. They predicted this madness would happen.
