Immediately after hard rains in the evening, these frogs were producing almost deafening calls. Many other species of frog were joining the chorus. Pictures of Hyla versicolor usually show gray with brown line patterns, but all the ones I saw had light brown inside the brown patterns (camouflage for the moment?). I have another shot of this frog which shows more body details but he is blended in with the bark. They are supposed to be able to change color.
