Living at the edge of the Sumter National Forest in South Carolina, it isn't easy to capture a sunrise because of the amount of timber that surrounds our rural town of Union. A friend recently purchased a 600 acre tract to use for his family's weekend get away. This view is from one of the highest points in the county and easily has a visibility of close to 15 miles.
