There are Ahu's all around the Island, through the whole coast. In every single ceremonial platform you may see this sign, asking the tourist not to touch the sacred Moai. This one in particular was taken at Ahu Hanga Te'e in Vaihu coast. This remote place of the island was framed by cliffs and black rocks, giving it a magic atmosphere.
