Edit Photo Details Penny, Kentucky Yesteryear Gas Station   #places #americana #architecture_old #ask_a_local_assignment #gas_station_antique
Kentucky is known for horse racing and basketball. Far Western Kentucky is an almost forgotten part of the state. There are some unique places in the area. To find them, most people would have to ask a local. Tucked away into unknown places are old buildings that remain unchanged for decades. This old gas station advertises a brand of milk I remember drinking in the 1960's. You can see how they upgraded the gas pump from the huge tall pumps to the model of the 70's.
