With a couple of extra days in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I wandered down alleyways and unmarked lanes. This is why. I found these beautiful women, three generations of hard working and gentle souls, working on peeling, staking and drying bananas. It was beautiful to watch them work and they were happy to show me how it was done. Definitely a moment for perspective of what hard work means.
