Polar Vortex Snowstorm!
You can see Chicago on a clear day from this site, but not today! A terrific "Polar Vortex" weather storm has blown into the area on this November day. A polar vortex brought cold, dense, arctic air with a high pressure system. It created a blinding wind with white caps to Lake Michigan! Showers of snow just kept coming. This picture showed the Lake Michigan waves receding leaving snow covered white sand. I'm loving the graceful curves left behind by the water!
