    Parallel to the famed, somewhat dry, Los Angeles river, the city's east is also marked by a swath of railroad tracks that have been pocked by graffiti artists from seemingly all over the country. In the midst of these roving metal canvasses are those who work the tracks, making sure daily operations remain out of the news.
