    Not sure how long the bridge has been around, but my father (born 1935) remembers it as a child and it had been there a while. It is a one lane wooden bridge going over Prarion Bayou- an offshoot of the Ouachita River- in Northeast Louisiana, and was recently put into decommission when the flooding came through back in the Spring. Prarion, as well as the Ouachita, is a big fishing area, the Ouachita holds the annual Big Bass tournament.
