    Edit Photo Details Cathedral of Our Lady   #antwerp #belgium2016
    Construction for the cathedral broke ground in 1352. It was consecrated in 1521 when the 1st stage of construction ended, but the cathedral has never been completed. A fire destroyed much of the interior of the church in 1533, which is what prevented the second tower from being built.
