I don't know this fellow but he sure looked like he was having fun!!! This was't the first time he got flipped into the air and into the water. I did notice safety precautions were followed such as his lifejacket, the boat pulling him had spotters at the front and rear of the boat so the driver could operate the boat in a safe manner. What a fun day!!
