This shot of bougainvillea I took just moments after sunset this evening was too dark and slightly out of focus so I began playing around with the 'sliders' in my photo editing software. I adjusted sharpness, color values, and saturation slightly, and then made major changes to the exposure 'historgram' cutting off much of the higher levels. The result is this image which gives the slight impression of a color negative.
