On a November day, we visited a favorite local beach. Our daughter found a large stick and entertained herself with it for hours. She dug in the sand looking for creatures. Drew pictures and wrote messages. Dragged it around and made trails along the beach. While she was in her own world, I loved how her blowing hair was caught by the light and snapped a pic. It had escaped her barrettes and was free, just like her imagination.
