    This was taken on one of my safaris into the beautiful Bandipur Tiger Reserve. We had already seen a lot of elephants (not tuskers) during this particular evening safari but could not get decent shots as they were grazing away in the thicket. searching the forest for predators we kept making rounds around an area where pug marks were seen at the start of the safari, but the owner of them was not to be seen. Towards the end of our drive just before exiting the safari trail we came upon this guy.
