    While I appreciate the work zoos do, I'm not a fan of intelligent social animals being kept in cages no matter how "good" they are. I wasn't expecting any of my shots to turn out well as it was a dull day and I was shooting through dirty glass. I was surprised by the results and although I'm happy with the photos, my feelings of unease were reinforced by the sadness in the eyes of these beautiful cousins.
