I set out to take some photos of Point Judith Lighthouse in the fog. As a bonus, there was a paddle boarder braving the elements. The fog really set the mood. I shot with a 3 stop solid ND plus a 3 stop GND so that I could extend the exposure to emphasize the wave action. Cropping to 2x1 removed some uninteresting sky, and the leading line of the wave draws your eye to the paddle boarder. I coverted to low-contrast BW, and had to remove some spots of salt spray on the filters using Lightroom.
