There is always a darker side, if there is a brighter one. The sparkling lights and rush of the markets in hill stations ends up with the darker roads, and there you find these small street vendors with some local meals and on-the-go fast food. They live with limited resources and a tough life, but serve you with a very sweet and joyful smile. They actually reflect the innocent and rich rural culture of these areas.
