Renault Dauphine
This tiny 1961 Renault Dauphine, aged to a fine rusty patina, was one of the more interesting vehicles on display at the 15th Annual Car Show for Children at Buckeye ranch. Depending upon whom you were talking to, the Dauphine was either a beloved or much maligned French economy car imported to the USA in the late 50's and early 60's. It was notable for its rear-engine design as well as its uncanny ability (some say) to actually develop rust before one's very eyes.
