This Great Blue Heron is part of a mating pair that made the Wicomico Water Watershed their home, at least they were always there over the three months I visited the site this summer. For a couple of weeks, there was even a flock of over a dozen Great Bue Herons at the location. This particular part of the river system is located near Newburg, Maryland
