Edit Photo Details Up Around The Bend   #canon #canada #alberta #elk
While I was waiting for some Swans to make a lift off a heard of Elk (approx 100) came running up along side the road wanting to cross. I was maybe 60-70 fence poles away and watched as they crested the hill and then began to cross. Crossing was not as angelic as with a Moose or a Deer that was for sure, but eventually all of them made it across the road safely and up to higher ground.
