Medellin,1500 meters above sea level. Not the place you would expect to find "guacamayas" or Ara Macao. They are mostly found in the Amazons. Several years ago, the local zoo opened the cages of these beautiful animals to promote breeding. They are frequently seen flying all over the city. Image was taken from a balcony of a building.
