Bunchosia argentea, commonly known as Peanut Butter Fruit, is a species of flowering plant that is native to Venezuela and Colombia in South America. Fortunately for me, our neighbor has a Peanut Butter tree in his front yard. The pink buds eventually open to reveal a delicate white flower, before going through other dramatic changes.
