Gifford Pinchot, the first Chief of the U.S. Forest Service, and the 28th Governor of Pennsylvania, used Grey Towers as a summer home. Located on the grounds of this majestic retreat, is this wooden trellis/rotunda. Below, is a walled area filled with water.
