A group of kids had gathered outside the location we were working at in Nakuru Kenya so I grabbed my camera and got on my knees in the middle of a dirt road taking pictures of the kids from the village. Nakuru is a big city but there are many village on the outskirts that are filled with street kids. This picture reminds me of the responsibility that comes with blessing. We stayed several days and fed all of these kids multiple times after they saw the doctors.
