A Kind Eye
I didn't even photograph this horse for the first 5 minutes. It slowly walked toward me. I pet its nose and talked to it as it kept looking at me. I felt like we made a connection, and in this world, that's something to cherish. When I finally began photographing, it kept gazing at me. Several said the horse has a "kind eye".This is a rugged Icelandic horse, taken in the wind-swept hills in the Northwestern Region of Iceland. I can see why this farmer loves this horse.
