    Reported by:

My son was playing in one of the freshly filled mud puddles on our dirt road here in the Ozarks of Arkansas. The puddles stayed full most of the summer, hatching many rounds of tadpoles. For us to get that much rain was very unusual. Playing in the puddles was a common activity for my two children all summer long. There is usually a lot of splashing and rowdy play with this guy (hence the mud on his back), but I was able to capture this quiet moment...part of my 100 Days of Summer project.
