Territorial fight
Male Grant’s gazelles establish their territories for several months at a time. Fight rituals begin with an intimidation display, where two bucks whip their heads to show their horns and neck strength. If neither combatant yields, they will lock and crash horns in an attempt to throw the opponent off-balance.
