    Edit Photo Details Flooding on the Wapsi  
    This is one of my favorite parks near where I live. The whole back section of Wakpicada campground was under water from the Wapsipinicon River in Central City. Last week, Iowa had the second highest flood levels on record, second to the levels in 2008. It was the third serious flooding here in my 28 years in eastern Iowa.
