Edit Photo Details The Red Tree   #farmland #autumn #foliage #maine
At the end of September, the trees in Maine were just starting to turn. The landscape in Maine was still mostly green, but every now and then you'd spot a bright yellow tree or a russet leaf tangled among other fallen leaves on the ground. Early one morning, driving through farmland from Boothbay to Lewiston, I rounded the corner and there she was: a fully turned electric red tree in the center of a cow pasture. The most beautiful sight.
