I took my niece to the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center down in Florida. Their mission is to increase public awareness of coastal and marine ecosystems through research, education, preservation, and conservation. The Nature Center has also worked to make their facility more environmentally friendly. She was so fascinated by everything she saw, and I hope that she stays just as curious as she gets older.
