I tried to depict our craving for greenery which is getting lost from the face of our planet.The cut outs of these hands depict people of different nationality, are placed on dry parched earth surrounding the globe. Leaves, pierced and bleeding show the atrocities on nature, red color used for blood, to hypothetically highlight 'Pain' in this abstract.The yellow border acknowledges the amazing endeavours of Nat Geo in spreading awareness.
