I love oven roasted potatoes with sour cream. I had just set my plate down & thought just how nice the contrasting of colors looked so captured this image of it. I will say I am most definitely a believer in consuming all food groups to stay healthy. The old Canada food guide is how I was raised & grew up & loved it. Meats, starch's, milk, vegetables, fruits etc. Its wonderful that GOD made such a wide array of choices for us to try & then decide what we like best. I love meat veg potato & fruit
