    This photo evolved from an assignment in my elementary photography class. The theme was light.... or maybe shutter speed. I can't remember. But what I can tell you is that this picture was taken at a shutter speed of over 1 second. This photo was also taken with a cheap $65 point and shoot. Maybe you can tell by the quality, but I think more amateur photographers should be considered when making your section. Not everyone can afford a $500+ camera.
