Living the Absence Ana Sotomayor has spent decades of her life denouncing the unexplained theft of her uncle’s - Ismael Sotomayor, emblematic Bolivian historian - legendary library which contained over one hundred different editions of Don Quixote of la Mancha, among other invaluable literary jewels. She continues living in her home accompanied and sustained by her prodigious memory, that invisible machinery, inhabiting the remains of an era in which she has decided to live stopped in time.
