Edit Photo Details Ladybug Moves a Dead Thistle   #nature #insect #macro_insect
I visited Kentucky Lake recently. I was strolling along looking at the changing leaves. I glanced down and saw this ladybug tirelessly trying to move a dead thistle from the plant. I tried several shots with my point-and-shoot and was unsuccessful. I had a magnifying glass on a stand in my car. I carefully placed the glass and shot several more shots. I caught a good shot of the ladybug giving the thistle a big push. The sun was shining on her back.
