Cosmopolitan, huge and constantly changing, so it is the city of Panama. In a very small area the tallest buildings in Central America seem to give the backdrop to the past, surrounded by a circular road called Cinta Costera 3, the history of modern beginnings of this small country is saved. No doubt in Panama and without traveling long distances the past meets the present and future of architectural modernism.
