While driving along a road which parallels the Lackawaxen River in Pike County, PA, I am usually looking up in the trees when searching for Bald Eagles. I was quite surprised when I spotted this pair on a small island of the river standing on the grass. The pair eventually split up and went their separate ways. My previous submission (Bald Eagle Reflections) shows one of them (I believe it was the one on the right), as it flew by me in the clearing. Photo taken on 1/5/08.
