Edit Photo Details Girlitz or European Serin   #finch #europeanserin #europeanserin_1 #girlitz
The smallest of European finches prefers varied landscapes with loose trees. Originally, the European Serin or Girlitz was only found in the Mediterranean region. In the 19th century, however, he began expanding his breeding area to the north. I got him in bright sunlight making the color of his feathers shiny.
